This New Year's Eve a group of gay men of color are throwing a fabulous surprise birthday party for one of their own. The birthday boy however isn't in a party mood. Since no one told the guys to bring presents instead of baggage, old wounds and new secrets are the things that get opened. With that, each man has to confront what he has and fight for what he wants in an attempt to navigate the complexities of their relationships in this post gay-marriage age. And a birthday candle may not be the only thing that gets extinguished
